If you have any dietary requirements I cannot guarantee completely free from, as my kitchen contains gluten, nuts, eggs, soy and milk. I will of course make sure to the best of my ability that all cakes are prepared and baked to meet your requirements.
My gluten and dairy free options are available in tiered cakes and cupcakes, please note that eggs are still used within the dairy free products. If eggs are an allergy please let me know before ordering.

CAKE FLAVOURS
Vanilla - 4 layers (1 tier) of vanilla sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and seedless strawberry jam.
Chocolate - 4 layers (1 tier) of chocolate sponge and filled with chocolate buttercream.
Lemon - 4 layers (1 tier) of lemon sponge, filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd.
Coffee and Walnut - 4 layers (1 tier) of coffee sponge, filled with coffee and chunks of walnut buttercream.
Red Velvet - 4 layers (1 tier) of red velvet sponge and filled with vanilla buttercream. GLUTEN FREE ONLY
Carrot Cake - 4 layers (1 tier) of carrot cake and filled with vanilla buttercream
Caramel - 4 layers (1 tier) of caramel sponge and filled with caramel buttercream.
Fruit cake - 2 layers (1 tier) of fruit cake, filled with apricot jam and a thin layer of marzipan, covered in apricot jam, marzipan and then finished with sugarpaste. Brandy is used to soak the fruit.
